Radiant Graph: Leveraging Patient Data for Better Healthcare Services and Outcomes

Can you imagine a world where healthcare services and products are as tailored to your health needs as much as Netflix is with its algorithms for movie suggestions? Founded by Anmol Madan, RadiantGraph is looking to leverage medical patient data to help healthcare companies conduct targeted outreach for products and services to their members, all tailored to their specific customer demographic resulting in significantly higher member impact while reducing member churn.

Traditionally, data engineering for healthcare has been a major problem and fundamental business need in healthcare. This is especially true for companies across health plans, digital healthcare companies, and individuals where there are frequent gaps in patient data. Whether due to outdated addresses and phone numbers or more critical information on care, sparse and disparate data has made it hard to help offer targeted products to improve their health outcomes. RadiantGraph solves this pain point to make acquiring, retaining, and engaging healthcare consumers efficient and easy. Currently for healthcare companies, member churn accounts for a large portion of revenue losses, and addressing retention through higher member engagement is one of the top priorities to improve healthcare outcomes. Companies are pressured to deliver quality, competitive, and comparable care relative to customer’s previous plans. RadiantGraph solves this pain point to make acquiring, retaining, and engaging healthcare consumers efficient and easy.

RadiantGraph is an all-in-one platform to help kickstart outsized improvement in member engagement through streamlining data integration and enrichment and into model analysis to help personalize engagement. It will service companies across health plans, digital healthcare companies, and individuals.

Anmol is a veteran of this space with great lived experience to be impactful and transformative in this industry. Anmol was formerly the co-founder and CEO of Ginger, which was acquired by Headspace Health (consumer mental health). Ross had previously invested in 2011 at Kapor Capital and has an extensive history working with Anmol on the investor side. XYZ has deep confidence in the world-class team they have assembled, their extensive validation of the problem space, and their ability to go deep with customers quickly. Most importantly, RadiantGraph provides a fundamentally better recommendation experience to make a real difference in their health outcomes.

We are excited to co-lead RadiantGraph’s $5M in seed funding along with True Ventures, with participation from Remus Capital to support the team going to market.
